Welcome to the final month of 2020!

As Curiouswombat said we are going to alternate this month, so that makes it my turn today.  So I have broken away from writing cards to do this ... and have decided to do an old one again, as I think it's something we are all doing ... Christmas Cards ... and we are all busy WRITING

Good luck ... with this, and all the Christmas preperations!

For those who are on my f-list will know that I didn't have the best of weeks last week ... so, in honour of my little man, lets try to get a photo of GOODBYE

(P.S. Good luck)

Well although I am only working part time at present, we certainly had an "interesting" morning. I work in a large hospital, and starting yesterday they started a brand new & total computer system, meaning that the 4 that had been ibn use till then had finished .... suprise, suprise there were "teething problems". I was just glad I was only in a clinic, and nothing major.

So, in honour of us all, lets think COMPUTER this week ... love 'em & hate 'em, we all now have them

Well, it's my month again .... how are we that far through the year already? And, it's certainly Autumn/Winter, isn't it? So, layers of clothes needed ... or JUMPERS! So, there we are - let's have JUMPER as our prompt this week

Have fun

Today is the 27th July, and for me it's a day of sad remembrance. as I had to say Goodbye to my boy ... he was only 10.  I had learnt to ride only in my late 30's and Jaykub was the only pony I saw being delivered, and I fell in love!  For the last 18 months of his life I owned him, as Mum gave him to me as a gift.  He was one very special boy.

Anyway, in remembrance, let's think of HORSE this week.

Have fun

Today is the anniversary of Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon; and at present here it is beginning to cloud over, after a lovely sunny afternoon.  So with that combination let's think SKY, which has been done in the past - but nice to re-visit

Have fun

Wow, what happened to that week?   It is scarey how fast the days are going ... and now we are more than HALF way through the year, it won't be long until next year!!

So, here goes - HALF

Good luck!!

Can't believe we are in July, the seventh month of the year already.

This morning our on-line sermon was entitled "Seven"

So really, I think the prompt for this week chose itself - SEVEN

Good luck

The current week's prompt is: home

Since so far, the DW version of [community profile] photo_scavenger isn't used a lot we're doing a sticky prompt list on top instead of posting each week's prompt individually. The other prompts are under the cut for your convenience.

Well there is a change in the weather here, and this is my last prompt for a couple of months as we all change around again ... So, guess what the prompt is ... yes, CHANGE

Have fun

Well this week's challenge will hopefully get you thinking!

I am English - and proud of it. Later in the week is our Patron Saint's Day ... and sadly very few people in England ever remember, probably even less this year with lockdown. So, Happy St. George's Day ... and your prompt is (of course) SAINT

As we are all still spending a lot of time inside, many have dug out some old hobbies ... so, HOBBY is the prompt

Hope that you are all keeping well and safe

Hi, and it's my month again.  However, let's keep the same "theme" going, and look at something that we are all spending a lot of time looking at ... INSIDE (which we have done in the past, but it's what we are all involved with at present!!)

hope that you are all keeping well and safe

And the final prompt from me for March is another one inspired by the current situation we all share: distance

In regard of the current situation everywhere, and with all the memes going around, I think it's more or less our duty to take up the subject of toilet paper as well. Let's also do it a bit differently this time: take one of your precious rolls and create a fun still-life with them! :o)

Sorry for being even more behind today - not having my usual dates and groups during the week makes me quite losing track of which day it is!
To keep up with my prompt line of things on your head, let's have hair this week, as it's been five years since we had that last.

After starting with crown last week, I decided to dedicate this month's prompts to headwear of some kind. So let's have bonnet for this week!

Sorry for being a bit late, the last three days have been hectic and complicated, for corona virus-related issues - we're having four positive cases in a retirement home two villages over, and everybody is worried and on alert right now. Personally, I'm following the principle of positive thinking + sensible precautions, and have let myself inspire by the whole thing for this week's prompt: corona is Latin for crown, so let's have this for our prompt as we also never had this before to my knowledge.

[livejournal.com profile] curiouswombat's challenge:

So - this is my final challenge - then it will be over to [personal profile] ysilme for March.

The card I pulled out of the 'Shout It Out'!'box this week said "Something you associate with the Seaside'. So not neccesarily seaside pictures, although they will be lovely - but if that is not a good otion for you, you can do a bit of lateral thinking?

I will put seaside as the tag.
